1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing
and using the Salsa Candela mobile application, you agree
to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If
you do not agree, you should not use the application.
2. Eligibility and Registration
The application
is intended for users over 13 years of age. Minors
require parental consent. Users are responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of their account and must
immediately notify any unauthorized use.
3. Services and Availability
Salsa
Candela offers enrollment services for dance classes,
social events, and private classes. Availability is
subject to capacity and schedules. We reserve the right to
modify, suspend, or discontinue services without prior
notice.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments are
processed through Stripe Inc. Prices are in Mexican pesos
(MXN) and include applicable taxes. Refunds are
processed according to our policy: full refund 48 hours before
start, 50% up to 24 hours before, no refund after.
5. User Conduct
Users agree to:
(a) use the application legally, (b) not
interfere with operation, (c) respect
intellectual property rights, (d) not share access
credentials.
6. Intellectual Property
All
application content, including design, text,
graphics, logos, and code, is owned by Salsa Candela and is
protected by copyright and trademark laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Salsa
Candela will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of
the application. Our total liability will not exceed the
amount paid for services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or
terminate your account for violation of these terms. You
can cancel your account at any time from the
application settings.
9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed
by the laws of Mexico. Disputes will be resolved in the
competent courts of Mexico City.
10. Modifications
We reserve the
right to modify these terms. Important modifications
will be notified 30 days in advance through the
application or email.

If you wish to request the complete deletion of your account
and all associated personal data, you can send an email
to contacto@salsa-candela.com with

account
• Phone number (if applicable)
• Reason
for the request (optional)
Once we receive your request, we will proceed to delete all your personal data from our systems within 30 days, complying with all applicable legal obligations. We will send you confirmation by email once the process is complete.
