classes.
Sessions are conducted with constant partner
rotations, so you'll be dancing with everyone
in your group from the first class.
We don't have trial classes. You can visit us at our
Xola branch to see the facilities and
class style.
We don't offer single classes, since the group
follows a program, and each class builds on the previous one.
The idea of the course is for the group to progress over
5 weeks from a start date.
You can make up any missed class at no
additional cost, at any schedule or branch.
We don't have an age limit. Our classes are for all ages,
from young people to seniors. The important thing is to want to learn
and have fun dancing.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely.
Bring a bag to store your personal belongings.
You don't need special dance shoes, comfortable shoes
are enough to start.
The methodology is designed to take you from zero to a
very good level of dancing for any social event in
just 5 weeks. We teach you more than 10 figures and everything
necessary to lead your partner and create your
own combinations.
Salsa Candela is a dance academy with more than 10 years of
experience. We offer dance classes in Mexico City and the
metropolitan area.
We've taught more than 20,000 people to dance
and organized over 100 social events and parties.
Mainly Salsa and Bachata, although we also have
body movement, timba, and other Latin dance courses.
It's an event where you can have fun and practice what you
learned in your classes with the Salsa Candela community.
We have Salsa, Bachata dance floors and a bar area.
Private classes are the fastest way to learn,
with 100% personalized attention.
Sessions are 75 minutes, and can be at
your home or at our studio at a schedule that works best for
you.
In classes we teach you dance steps and sequences. We
practice them individually, in groups, with and without music.
It's the best way to learn, have fun, and
make friends.
Groups are usually 20-40 people. More
advanced groups are usually smaller.
Weekday classes last one and a half hours, twice
per week.
Weekend classes are once per
week and last two hours.
Courses last five weeks.
Private
classes are sold in packages of one, five, or ten
classes.
Our prices vary depending on the type of class and registration date.
We offer significant presale discounts of up to 50%.
We don't have our own parking, but there are public
parking lots near all our branches.
There are also street parking options
at most of our locations.
