Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Salsa Candela operates under a no-refund policy for presale payments. Advance payments include significant discounts of up to 50% and guarantee your spot in limited-capacity classes. Instead of refunds, we offer flexible alternatives that adapt to our students' needs.

2. Group Classes (5-Week Workshops)

2.1 No Refund Policy

No monetary refunds are granted for group classes paid in presale. The following alternatives are available:

  • Standby Registration: For unforeseen scheduling conflicts (travel, injuries, or other commitments), your registration can be placed on standby and reactivated in future course editions.
  • Switch to Private Classes: If you experience dissatisfaction with the service (class capacity, instructor methodology, etc.), you can switch your group registration for an equivalent private class package.
  • Transfer to Third Parties: You can transfer your registration to another person with 48 hours' notice before the workshop starts.

3. Private Classes

3.1 Private Class Package Policy

Private class packages are non-refundable. Available alternatives:

  • Standby Registration: The complete package can be kept on standby for future use with no expiration date.
  • Transfer: The package can be transferred to another person at any time.

3.2 Individual Class Rescheduling

  • With 24 hours' notice: Free rescheduling.
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% of the class value is forfeited.
  • No notice: 100% of the class value is forfeited.

4. Party and Event Tickets

Party and event tickets are non-refundable. Available alternative:

  • Transfer: Tickets can be transferred to another person up to 24 hours before the event. After this deadline, no change options are available.

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Cancellation by Salsa Candela

If Salsa Candela must cancel classes for operational, weather-related, or force majeure reasons:

  • Free rescheduling will be offered.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, a 100% refund will be provided.

6. Process to Request Alternatives

  1. Send request via email to: contacto@salsa-candela.com
  2. Include the purchase date, access code number, and the reason for the request.
  3. Response time: 2-5 business days.
  4. Approved alternatives (standby, transfers, changes) will be processed at no additional cost.

7. Transfers and Changes

  • Registrations may be transferred to other people with 48 hours' notice.
  • Schedule or branch changes subject to availability, at no additional cost.
  • Level changes permitted during the first week of the workshop.

8. Exceptions

This no-refund policy applies to all purchases. The only exception is:

  • Class cancellation by Salsa Candela.
